SENSORY PLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Parental Supervision & Respectful Play
It's vital for parents to closely supervise their children during our sessions. Tinker & Co doesn't offer childcare services. Help us maintain our spaces by ensuring your child handles materials carefully. Before leaving, check their belongings to avoid accidental removal of items.
Safety Precautions:
Some activities involve small parts. Please watch your child to prevent choking risks and discourage mouthing exploration.
Allergy Awareness & Accommodations
Notify us of any allergies or anaphylaxis concerns beforehand. While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we can't guarantee allergen-free environments.
Essential Items:
Remember to pack your child's essentials and weather-appropriate gear, including sun safety gear. An extra change of clothes is recommended. In case of wet weather we will move the session to a local indoor venue but wet weather covers for prams are recommended.
Accessibility and Amenities:
Our venues are carefully chosen to be pram-friendly indoors and outdoors. Restroom facilities are available at both locations.
Non-Toxic Environment:
While our products are non-toxic, they're not meant to be eaten. Please discourage eating to prevent choking hazards. We prioritize non-toxic play equipment.
Cancellation Policy:
Missed sessions are non-refundable. In case of Tinker & Co-initiated cancellations, we'll offer rescheduling. If you can't attend the rescheduled session, you'll be refunded without question.
Photography & Social Media
Respect others' privacy when taking photos. Seek permission before including other children in your shots. With your consent, we may feature session highlights on social media. Notify us if you prefer not to be photographed.
Feedback, Concerns & Modification of Terms:
We value your feedback and will address any concerns promptly. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed. Any updates will be communicated to participants.
By booking a session with Tinker & Co, participants and their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket and attending a session, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with our play services, including potential injuries. You confirm that you're participating at your own risk and agree to release Tinker & Co from any liability for personal injury or property damage.
You understand and agree that this waiver applies to all future occasions of participation and that you are of legal age or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
