Week 2 : "Busy Bees & Garden Explorers" - 11th May 2026

$25.00

Fingal Park, Burns Beach

9.30 am -10.30 am

Week 2: Busy Bees & Garden Explorers (May 11)

A rich, multi-sensory experience exploring garden ecosystems. Children will engage their visual and auditory (hearing) senses by observing insects and listening to natural sounds, while olfactory (smell) exploration is introduced through flowers and herbs. Movement-based activities like “flying” bees and crouching to explore the ground stimulate the vestibular system (balance) and proprioception. This session also supports early scientific thinking, cause-and-effect understanding, and environmental awareness.

What to Bring

To help your child feel comfortable and get the most out of each session, please bring:

  • Snacks and water

  • Hat and sunscreen

  • A change of clothes

  • A plastic bag for wet or dirty clothing

As we’ll be exploring outdoors, clothes may get messy—this is all part of the fun!

Weather Policy

Sessions are held outdoors and are weather dependent. In the event of unsuitable weather, that week’s session will be cancelled and a refund will be provided for that specific session.

Illness & Attendance Policy

If your child is unwell and unable to attend, sessions are non-refundable. However, you may:

  • Transfer your booking as a credit toward a future session, or

  • Pass your spot to a friend for that week
